| Liaoning Longda Group Baixingda Foundry Co., Ltd, which is only wholly owned subsidiary of Liaoning Longda Casting & Machinery Group Co., ltd. Established in July, 2006, situated in Anmin town, Xifeng county, Liaoning province. Liaoning Longda Group Baixingda Foundry Co., Ltd has established the 30 thousand tons of resin sand production line, which is the largest and the most advanced in northern area of Liaoning province. The co***ny covers an area of 179,000 square meters, the workshop building area of 15,000 square meters, cleaning workshop¡¯s construction area of 4320 square meters, wood-pattern based warehouse 4050 square meters, total assets of 140 million RMB, of which 120 million RMB is fixed assets. Main equipment as follow: 4 sets of sand mixer, of which 2 sets of fixed-type 20T/h, 1 set of fixed-type 10T/h, 1 set of mobile-type 50T/h; 1 set of sand shakeout machine; 1 set of sand handling system; 2 sets of shot blasting machine; 1 set of heat treatment furnace; 12 sets of cranes, of which 1 set of 100/20T, 3 sets of 32/5T, 4 sets of 20T, 3 sets of 10T; 2 sets of 10 tons intermediate frequency furnace, 2 sets of 5 tons medium frequency furnace. The co***ny now totally has 200 staffs, including bachelor degree and junior technical title 35 employees, accounting for 17.5% of the total staffs. The Dr. and Senior technical title professional staff 15, accounting for 7.5% of total employees.
